Cottage Conference Center:
Our newly renovated Cottage Conference Center accommodates up to 30 persons in an obstruction free environment; and now boasts a separate antechamber; excellent for executive retreats and business meetings.
Comprised of 1000 sq. ft. of function space, the meeting room has an adjoining Break-out room, separate verandahs, French doors, a cathedral ceiling and abundant natural day light. Our Cottage Conference Center is equipped with both Wireless and Cable internet service.
In addition, the restaurant Thomas Henkelmann has two private dining rooms; the “Chestnut Room” seating fourteen people and the “Living Room” thirty people. Cocktails before dinner may be enjoyed in the Bar or the fireside “Drinks Room”. In warm weather months cocktails are served on the restaurants Verandah or terrace overlooking the manicured grounds.

Accommodations:
Each of our eighteen guest rooms and suites are individually designed in a unique fashion. The entire room inventory can be reserved on an exclusive basis or a minimum of five rooms is required to reserve the Cottage Conference Center .
Dining Arrangements:
According to your preferences, breakfast and working lunch can be enjoyed as a buffet in the conference room, or a plated service in the restaurant; dinner is served in the restaurant Thomas Henkelmann. Menu selections can be decided at your convenience. However, all arrangements should be finalized 10 days prior to arrival.
Evening Cocktails:
Also, for your contemplation arrangements for a cocktail hour in the evening may be enjoyed before dinner in our renowned restaurant Thomas Henkelmann.
Wine:
For dinner wine selection, our sommelier is available to help you.
Limousine Service: Let us know if you have any need for us to arrange for transportation.
Payment: A fifty percent (50%) guestroom deposit will be required when the contract is signed. The remainder is due at the conclusion of your event.
Cancellation:
We must be notified of cancellation 45 days prior to your event to ensure refund of your deposit. (Less a 20% administration charge)
